Strawberry Tofu Fruit Dip

Ingredients:

1/2 block (about a cup) soft silken tofu
1/4 cup maple syrup, agave nectar, or brown rice syrup
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Use as a dip for sliced fruit.

Serves: lots

Preparation time: 10 minutes
